Carbon monoxide (CO) detector, Wi-Fi
Features:
Standalone carbon monoxide (CO) detector instantly detects harmful substances released into the environment and triggers an alarm.
Electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor detects CO gas that is colorless, non-irritating, odorless. CO is released when something is burned.
Various items in your home such as unvented kerosene and gas space heaters, leaking chimneys and furnaces, and gas stoves also release CO and can affect air quality indoors.
Breathing air with a high concentration of CO reduces the amount of oxygen that can be transported in the blood stream to critical organs like the heart and brain. That can lead to dizziness, loss of consciousness, and even death.
When carbon monoxide is detected this detector triggers an acoustic alarm (70 decibels) and a flashing light alarm. If the CO concentration reaches 190PPM, the detection time is less than 30 seconds.
LCD display and 3-color LED indicators shows the amount of CO and the device status.
With the test function, you can test whether your device is operating normally every week.
Mute function: if the alarm is falsely reported, you can silence it for a period of time. The device will resume monitoring after the silent interval.
The device requires three AAA batteries, purchased separately.
