Since we all know how cooking can become a bit rushed at times and things can get a little unpredictable in the kitchen, we have been careful to include a shock-absorbing silicone rim to prevent the glass lid from shattering upon impact if you happen to drop the pan.Ergonomic soft-touch handlesWe wanted to create a cookware range that turns the act of returning to the stove into a joy rather than a chore or something you had to get past in order to eat. Our goal was to craft something that reflects the pleasure of cooking and is also incredibly comfortable to use. That's why we designed the Mon range with ergonomically shaped handles, featuring a soft-touch coating and wood-like inserts. This design ensures not only supreme comfort, even when carrying a lot of heavy food in your pans during a long cooking session, but also a stylish look as you do it.Antideformation diskOne of the main issues with a lot of the cookware on the market is that it is often cheaply made and poorly designed. One of the main results of this is that these kinds of pans become quickly warped under high heats for prolonged periods rendering them completely useless. We have managed to circumvent this issue through the introduction of a bottom to these Mon frypans and casseroles that is reinforced with an anti-deformation disk to ensure a surface that won't deform with use, no matter how high the heat, or how long you stay by the stove.Induction bottomThis Mon collection is equipped with an induction bottom, making this range super adaptable to modern induction stoves. These types of stoves have become increasingly fashionable as we shift towards more electrical sources of power. While gas stoves remain popular, they do raise certain health questions and are obviously suboptimal for those more environmentally concerned.
