The BROCK MC 6601 SS is a high-capacity multifunctional cooker designed for convenient preparation of everyday meals. Its 5-litre cooking bowl and 66 microprocessor-controlled programs make it suitable for cooking rice, soup, porridge, meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, pasta, yoghurt, baked dishes and many other recipes. The large LED display and IMD touch-control panel provide simple program selection and adjustment. The DIY function allows the user to customise the cooking temperature and time, while the 24-hour preset timer makes it possible to schedule cooking in advance. The removable steam valve, detachable aluminium inner lid and handled cooking bowl simplify cleaning and everyday use. Overheating protection, an intelligent temperature sensor and a child-lock function provide additional operating safety.
