The base incorporates a heavy-duty magnet and a Type-N Female antenna connector, allowing the antenna connection point to be positioned independently from the connected WiFi equipment. A 3 m LMR®-200 RF cable extends from the magnetic base and terminates in an RP-SMA Male connector, creating a complete connection between the Type-N Female antenna interface and compatible WiFi equipment using the specified RP-SMA Male connection. This arrangement combines the magnetic mounting point, antenna connector, and RF cable into a single assembly for installations where the antenna position may need to be changed.The extender operates across a frequency range of 0–6 GHz and has a specified impedance of 50 Ω. Its maximum input power is 50 W, defining the electrical limits that should be considered when matching the ARS-AS087 to an antenna installation.
